    Now you can pair multiple AMP handles at the same time, so you can do workouts, Free Jumps, and more with multiple ropes without needing to disconnect the ropes from your AMP handles! This gives you more time to recover during Change Ropes intervals, or you can take shorter breaks and get back to jumping faster. Up to 4 AMP handles can be paired at a time.

    Also, users with AMP 2.0 can triple click the button and rewind to the previous interval during workouts.

    What do the workouts look like?

    Crossrope workouts are built around different combinations of jump rope and bodyweight exercises to help you burn calories, build strength, and improve endurance. Workouts range from 5 to 60 minutes.
