Defect fixes and user interface tweaks.

Improvements:

Defect fixes:
- Packing list pdf generation now more robust
- More reliable and efficient handling of iCloud storage
- Corrected UI adaptations to support new devices

Defect fixes to address the following issues:
- display of incorrect trip durations on the TRIPS tab
- display of incorrect ticket times when the device's timezone has changed
- incomplete trip deletions
- a number of UI changes to better handle variable length text content

v1.2.2 resolves 2 issues with the previous version (1.2.1):
- Password verification on non TouchID devices
- Problem sending spreadsheet template and support emails on iOS8+ iPhones

A number of internal changes to support iOS9.
Improvements to navigating between connecting tickets.

Version 1.1 includes a number of enhancements and 3 defect fixes.

Enhancements include:
- Additional short intervals added to the "time before" picker
- New item start-times are preset to the trip start time to make changes quicker and easier
- also end-times are now set initially to the start-time not the current time
- Images button includes an image count in the label (on iPad)
- "Send trip data file" will now not produce an email that may be too large to send
- images are scaled until the email size is less than 10MB.

Defects Fixed
- Intermittent inability to generate a Shared Itinerary
- Table details do not always update immediately after a change
- Trip import not possible when User Guide is displayed
