Imperiosa


Not only the pinnacle of Eidol creation, but also the combined genius of every Founder who ever lived, Imperiosa is a vessel that contains the Founders' brilliance, cruelty, and will to dominate. Inhabiting a body composed of billions of tiny, synthetic ISO-based organisms, Imperiosa is able to rearrange these ""Synthects"" into a myriad of useful forms and functions depending on the situation. Additionally, Synthects can disassemble matter around them, providing raw materials to replicate themselves without limit. Though a hive mind, Imperiosa manifests as one voice speaking with absolute authority; an icon of the vile past, volatile present, and violent future of The Founders.

Punisher
Punisher can handle some punishment before dishing it out. Indestructible and Physical Resistance are prominent once again.
Critical Hits and Bleeding out his Opponent make their return.
Villain's will fear his Impact, shredding their block with a Special 2 Attack.
Wolverine (X-23)
Laura is back and she's ready to take down the competition with a Frenzy fueled rework.
Her aggressive playstyle focuses around striking her opponent to build up Frenzy, and eviscerating them with a flurry of attacks.
Laura's powerful Bleed Passives take things a step further when she taps into her instincts. Watch out!

Is your Alliance ready for a new kind of challenge? Enter The Coliseum and see how many health bars you can deplete from your opponent, then compare scores with your Alliance mates to work out which attackers are best suited for the fight. Match your Champion with the correct daily bonus tags and level up your Podiums in order to score as high as possible and take your Alliance to the top!

No matter which of the nine-realms you call home, it is time for merry-making and feasting! So warriors such as Jane Foster and Valkyrie invite one and all to make the most out of this celebration as they prepare for battle against the invading Eidols. FEAST on resources, CELEBRATE with Summoners, and make merry... while you can.
Featuring our annual anniversary celebrations, Accolades Event, New Years ‘Ring it in’ Arenas and Glorious Guardians, this Banquet Event is not one to be missed! Get your first opportunity to acquire newly 7-Star Champions such as Absorbing Man, Valkyrie, Scorpion, Kingpin, Punisher, and Super-Skrull during this Event!


Event Quest - Lost And Found
The final Eidol, IMPERIOSA has arrived and with them comes no shortage of destruction and danger. Power is draining from ISO-8, foes are assembling, but possible friends are also revealing themselves. Will all the Eidols fall in line once the secrets of the Founders are revealed? Or will Imperiosa’s downfall be a result of Eidol handywork?

Side Quest - Taken
Eidol invaders are taking over The Contest, and it has inspired The Collector into action. The Collector has a particular set of Skills (as well as Mutants, Sciences, and Techs). He had been attempting to take control over some Champions but 11 years of ISO-radiation and an ever-changing roster has perhaps left his skills of super-powered manipulation a little rusty. So now it’s up to The Summoner to break some violent brainwashing of a dozen Champions who have TAKEN a leave of their senses!

NEW CHAMPIONS


Lizard:
Dr. Curtis Connors is a renowned scientist and field surgeon who tragically lost an arm during his service. After returning to civilian life, he devoted himself to finding a way to regenerate lost limbs by developing a serum based on reptilian DNA. He used himself as the first test subject, and while the serum worked, it also mutated his DNA and he turned himself into a human-reptile hybrid known as the Lizard.


Spider-Man (Pavitr Prabhakar):
Pavitr Prabhakar was born and raised in the vibrant but gridlocked city of Mumbattan. Granted magical spider powers by a shaman and guided by the moral lessons of his Aunt Maya and late uncle Bhim, he has assumed the heroic mantle of Spider-Man. These model heroics led to his induction into the Spider-Society. When the Spot invades his city and causes a disaster, Pavitr gets a painful look at the darker sides of his new life, and now searches for a better way forward for the multiverse.

Thor (Jane Foster):
Jane returns with a brand new look! Stacking Shocks on herself to strengthen her abilities throughout a fight.
Jane’s high amount of Buff and Power Control allows her to control the Tempo of many fights against Cosmic Champions.


NEW FEATURES


Battlegrounds Unranked Queue
Starting with Season 34, Battlegrounds will now have a permanent unranked queue type. This queue will be open to Proven and higher Summoners and will cost energy to enter. Matchups will be based on an individual Summoner’s roster strength.
Ranked matches will now exclusively cost Elders Marks to enter, which can be exchanged for energy in the newly-tuned Battlegrounds Store. Ranked matches will also now be accessible to Thronebreaker and higher Summoners.


The Cosmic Egg Relic
Some cosmic force is drawing Unusual Eggs into The Battlerealm. And none are more unusual than the Cosmic Egg Relic. Its origins and abilities are currently a mystery. Become the envy of the coop and embark on an egg hunt like no other!

Event Quest - So Much More
Pavitr Prabhakar is investigating strange multiversal tech and trespassers and looks to The Summoner to lend a hand. Meanwhile The Lizard has stumbled into The Battlerealm after years of trying to avoid this multiversal fate. It would seem that a Sinister Six (and then some) of villains is behind both arrivals but how will these Spider-friends and foes fend when the web is revealed.


Side Quest - Top Of The Charts
Lumatrix is fascinated by the mortals, gods, mutants, and monsters which have infected The Battlerealm. Before The Founders arrive and wipe away existence, they are eager to see what kind of a spectacle they can put on! It seems that the pure thunder and blazes of battle are like music to Lumatrix’s ears. So they are demanding an epic “concert” to play out as Summoners challenge their teams to greater and greater heights!


Side Quest - Deadpool’s Mini-Tour Maze
Deadpool wants to invite each and every Summoner to take part in his new and fantastical Mini-Tour Maze filled with wonders and treasures beyond your belief. Each time you enter the Mini-Tour Maze will be a new exciting experience as you explore its winding paths. Tread lightly however as not even Deadpool knows what dangers may be lurking around each and every corner. You may even encounter the marvelous Deadpool himself wandering the labyrinth (definitely not because he’s lost).


Alliance War Showcase: Fantastic Force
The Alliance War Showcase returns, featuring some familiar defenders and Alliance War tactics from the Fantastic Force Saga. The Class Quests also introduce a new fight component--Effect Areas--as the central mechanic for the ramping node!


Incursions Saga Sector
Another Saga staple is returning, with the Founders’ War Saga Sector! Take your #Saga tagged Champions and fight through the zones to earn lucrative rewards.

NEW CHAMPIONS

Dracula (Mystic)
Cut down in a battle that should have meant his end, Vlad Tepes Dracula was infected with vampirism and rose again with darker powers. Growing in power over the centuries, Dracula now rules as the Voivode of the Vampire Nation. Though he plays the role of a refined leader, his thirst for blood and violence will never truly be sated.


Franken-Castle (Skill)
The Punisher met a grisly end and was finally allowed to rest in peace. Unfortunately his rest is cut short as he roars to life on Doctor Michael Morbius' operating table. Frank was re-assembled to help The Legion of Monsters protect Monster Metropolis and its denizens from would-be monster hunters. Franken-Castle now continues his crusade for vengeance deep into his undeath.

Saga - Founders’ War
An eternal midnight has fallen as the first sign of the approaching dangers. Soon Imperiosa shall arrive and the fate of the Founders, Eidols, and Battlerealm itself shall be revealed.

Event Quest - Children Of The Night
As a strange dusk falls over The Contest, monsters who go bump in the night are crawling from their shadows. One of those monsters, Count Dracula, is hoping to assist other creatures in crisis. Sinister science, chilling creations and hairy situations await. Will The Summoner find they’ve bitten off more than they can chew?


Side Quest - Summoned Symbiote’s Adventure Time Incursions Event
Everyone’s favorite Summoned Symbiote is returning! Gather a synergistic symbiote team with the Summoned Symbiote at the helm, and venture into Incursions for a new 30 Zone experience tailored around your lovable pal.


Side Quest - Hunger and Cure Realm Events
An insatiable Hunger has afflicted The Battlerealm. You have the means to fight back and expunge all traces of the Hunger. But will you? It’s time to pick a side! Take part in competing Realm Events to earn Peak Milestone rewards and determine a future reward for all participants.


Limited Edition: First Appearance Champions
New cosmetics! Limited Edition Champions are rare collectibles that will alter Champion portraits with updated visual effects. The first of these Champions are called “First Appearance”, and will be available exclusively for 7-Star Featured Champions in their Pre-Release Bundles and first Featured Crystal runs for a limited time. Battlegrounds is 3 years old! Join in the celebrations and take part in a new and limited Solo Event. Make sure to utilize your Elders Marks this Season because starting with Season 34, we will be deprecating Elders Marks in place of some new and exciting changes! Stay tuned for more info soon.

NEW CHAMPIONS

Mr. Knight (Summoners Choice Winner)
There is a time for a clenched fist and time for a helping hand. When Moon Knight wants to add nuance to his crime-fighting he takes on the persona of Mr. Knight. This gentleman detective can talk his way out of trouble, but is no stranger to rolling up his sleeves for more intensive interrogations.

Silver Samurai
Kenuichio Harada is the mutant son of former Japanese crimelord Shingen Yashida, the head of the influential Clan Yashida in Japan. Harada has mastered the disciplines of the Samurai, with his mutant powers granting him the ability to generate energy from within himself, and transfer said energy through inanimate objects. He uses this gift to empower his sacred Katana, allowing it to cut through nearly anything. Now, like his father, he seeks to run his own criminal underworld.

Lotan, the cursed hammer of Jane Foster, has fallen silent but the threats to The Contest are far from over. Those who appeared as friends reveal their villainous intent. Those who are meant to protect are finding their shields a bit too heavy to carry. Nobody trusts anybody now, and they’re all very tired. But not all hope is lost, there are still those who are willing to fight for the sake of The Battlerealm. The only question is, will they trust The Summoner to fight alongside them as they face down their biggest challenge to date?

Event Quest - In This Corner
Try out this new Event Quest featuring ADAPTIVE DIFFICULTY which will tune the battle to best challenge and reward your roster! If you’re feeling up to the challenge and want the best possible rewards, toggle on Elder Difficulty which will increase difficulty and allow you to climb further in the milestone reward track!

Maestro seeks to ensure The Battlerealm is defended, but his methods may not be for everyone. The often contested territory of New Manhattan seeks a protector, and The Summoner is called in to help with a fight tournament. Leading their own teams of fighters are SILVER SAMURAI and Summoner’s Choice Champion MR. KNIGHT! Will this fight reveal New Manhattan’s latest hero, or will it break out as a city-wide rumble?

Side-Quest - Boss Rush: Big Blue (Starting September 10)
The Blue Area of the Moon has served as a space of relative peace within the constant conflict of the Battlerealm. However, rumors of an abandoned Watcher’s citadel have led multiple miscreants to invade the city in search of advanced alien technology. The Fantastic Four are quick to react and send the Summoner out to impede this archeological plundering.

Each week you’ll be able to earn up to 4x chances to face down 5x challenging Bosses of a single Class.

Fantastic Fun Fall Fair Event (Starting September 17)
The Fair is coming to the Battlerealm! Take on Fantastic Four-themed Solo Objectives and Arenas to win Prize Vouchers which can be exchanged for prize bundles that include Crystals, Crystal shards, Gold and more!

Mini Side-Quest - Food For Thought (Starting September 24)
Mister Fantastic wants to ensure that you get one last chance to research strange and exciting new scientific discoveries. This Quest may seem simple, but participation is recommended as we head into a new Saga of adventures and discoveries.

With the ability to freeze their opponent with a mere touch, they hunger to absorb all the power in The Battlerealm, before releasing this overwhelming power on any who would dare stand in their way.

Cassandra Nova
A manifestation of negative potential that is a dark reflection of all the psionic power and potential of Charles Xavier. This sister was thought to be destroyed but somehow she rebuilt herself cell by cell for decades. Now, wielding power and hate in equal measure, she seeks to destroy all that her brother has built.

Event Quest - Broken Dreams
Solvarch, Wolf of the Stars, is a formidable foe capable of draining energy at the atomic level from those who dare oppose them. This danger is made all the worse by a second villainous arrival: Cassandra Nova. This mentally manipulative monster seeks to torture The Summoner while allowing Eidol threats to grow. Will The Contest be able to recover from this double dose of danger?

The Crucible
Available starting August 13. Old foes have returned and are more dangerous than before. Enter the all new Crucible Quest Chapter: Act 8 - The Rebirth and fight your way through a gauntlet of Act 8 bosses. Be wary and stay vigilant, as your arsenal of Champions will need to be vast to overcome this plethora of unrelenting challenges. A fruitful reward will be at the ready for any Summoner courageous enough to battle their way through and conquer these combatants once and for all. This Quest will be available permanently, even after the Rebirth Event has passed!

Try Normal Difficulty to pace yourself, or dare to enter into the Legendary Difficulty to defeat all Bosses in a single path! Both difficulties will require a deep collection of Champions as you face Elimination Choice Nodes which will force you to choose your solo challenger carefully.

Rebirth Event
Compete to earn Rebirth Tokens and acquire exciting 7-Star Champions Night Thrasher, Anti-Venom, Doctor Voodoo, Cull Obsidian, Viv Vision, and Sabretooth!

Side-Quest - Act 8 Mini-Crucible
Challenge corrupted Champions with a twist! This month those who have become Proven or higher will face down challenges that have been tuned to allow your 2 and 3-Star Champions a chance to take on the frightful Ouroboros Bosses.

Solo Raids
Introducing Solo Raids! This new Quest type will allow Summoners to experiment with various Champion, Role and Boost combinations to find those which work best for taking on the real thing. For a limited time, this daily quest will feature a Solo Objective that will award Raid Tickets, Refined XP and Daily Super Event Points!

Alliance Weekly Super Event
Similar to the existing Daily Super Event, this will coincide with the deprecation of the Summoner Advancement and Summoner Engagement Events. The Alliance Weekly Super Event will take the rewards from these Events and more, and fold them into a more meaningful and intentional experience.

Fintech Solo Quest
Are you as good as a Battlerealm Brawl Champion? Take on this solo quest that revisits the match-ups and metas from Fintech’s winning run in Battlerealm Brawl 2023!

NEW CHAMPIONS

High Evolutionary:
Herbert Wyndham began experimenting with genetic manipulation in an attempt to “evolve” rats. He was later approached by a disguised Inhuman who would hand him the blueprints to unlock genetic code. This advanced his experiments to evolving animals into humanoids he called “New Men”. Obsessed in his pursuit of creating the perfect being, Wyndham renamed himself “the High Evolutionary".

The Maker:
A dark descent caused an alternate universe Reed Richards to head towards villainy. Calamities followed, then rejection, murder and finally a confrontation with Sue which resulted in an outraged Johnny scarring Reed’s face. Donning a helmet, Reed became The Maker, founding the Children of Tomorrow and evolving alongside them for thousands of years before returning to remake the world.

Squad Builder
A brand new type of Quest unlike anything we have made before! Your goal is to form the highest-scoring Squad possible. Each Squad formation has a score based on ‘Factions’ and ‘Grades’. Build towards the best Squad formation with up to three rounds of swaps. When you are happy with your Squad, or when the swap rounds are done, take on the Boss Fight and lock in your Squad score! The first Squad Builder, the Fantastic Force Recruitment Event, is coming later this month.

Fantastic Force Recruitment Event
Starting mid-month, you'll be receiving 52 FREE 2-STAR CHAMPIONS to form the best possible Squad! Score Squads and reach milestones in the associated weekly event to unlock the month-long ranked event. Those partaking in the ranked event will compete to win a 7-STAR HIGH EVOLUTIONARY!

Event Quest - Nobody’s Perfect
THE MAKER has arrived alongside the villainous HIGH EVOLUTIONARY. The duo claims they are here to reduce the threats of The Battlerealm and perfect those who remain. Will the Fantastic Four be able to match wits with The Maker? Or will they be the first flaws cut from his plans?

Fantastic Four Supply Drop
Make sure your team is as FANTASTIC as they deserve to be by checking in later this month for 7 days of Progression tuned give-aways which will ensure that Mister Fantastic, Invisible Woman, The Human Torch, and Thing are joining your roster!

Raid Month
Instead of the regular rotation of Raid weeks, Raids are here for four straight weeks! Including big bosses, big rewards and avenues to earn enough tickets to compete each week, it’s the perfect time to get your Raid team together and dive in and deal massive damage.

NEW CHAMPIONS

Nico Minoru
Nico Minoru was a relatively normal goth teenager until she and several of her childhood friends accidentally witnessed their parents performing a human sacrifice. With the help of the Staff of One, stolen from her own mother, Nico and the other Runaways managed to defeat their parents. They were then forced to quickly mature into full superheroes by the resulting power vacuum in Los Angeles.

Karolina Dean
After leading a somewhat normal teenage life, Karolina Dean and her classmates discovered their parents were part of an evil organization that sacrificed teenagers to gods to create a utopia. After shutting down the organization, the group forged their own bizarre family, doing their best to move forward into the future, even if their past manages to keep up with them wherever they go. Despite the hiccups and constant teen drama, Karolina uses her Majesdanian powers to make the world a better place.

A Fresh defensive threat in The Contest, with Neuroshock at the forefront of her kit. Tankier than ever, with Safeguard now in her kit, she’s going to need a lot more from the attackers to take her down.

Fantastic FORCE Saga
The Fantastic Four have decided to expand their ranks into The Fantastic FORCE. Each member of the Four is now a team captain recruiting Champions to assist them in defending The Battlerealm. Collect Research Grants throughout The Contest to trade in for up to a 7-Star Mister Fantastic!

Event Quest - At Any Price
Members of the super-team The Runaways, Karolina Dean and Nico Minoru, have found themselves in The Contest. Far from home and low on options they have teamed up with both The Summoner and a dark bargain from Dormammu. Will this deal be a fair trade of power and promises? Or will the daring duo find themselves with more than they bargained for?

Side Quest - Vaults Of Variance
Reed Richards is researching his own ways to possibly escape The Contest. While his findings were not conclusive, he did manage to open limited access to nearby pocket-dimensions which all contain vicious variants of the Fantastic Four themselves. Luckily The Summoner is on the scene to gather research and defeat foes.

To further protect his important science assistance, Reed Richards has activated some Fantastic Force Saga power for select Champions. This month many Champions may find themselves empowered with special abilities from the ever-lovin’ blue eyed Thing!

Wheel of Fate
Within the twisting confines of The Battlerealm, another Quest has surfaced. The defenders will be familiar, but your options will become more limited between the different difficulties of the Quest. Wheel of Fate is a new challenge Quest that utilizes an upgrade to our swap nodes. Test your roster depth and knowledge in Wheel of Fate!

Captain Britain Double Track Event
Captain Britain has been reworked and is available for a limited time from the Platinum Track of a new Double Track Event! Complete challenges daily to unlock rewards and claim up to a 7-Star Reworked Captain Britain.

Solvarch Eidol Chase
A new Eidol has entered The Contest! Keep an eye out around The Battlerealm for Shatter Essence and collect it during the Fantastic FORCE Saga to trade in for the brand new Eidol, Solvarch!

Nico and Karolina of The Runaways have arrived! With their powerful looks and stunning style they are already Runway Ready, are you? Get fighting fit and fashion forward during our Pride Month Event!

NEW CHAMPIONS

Yelena Belova:
Few can survive the brutal training and conditioning offered by The Red Room Academy. Yelena Belova not only survived, but was their best student. Now she finds herself in The Contest, utilizing her unmatched skills and ruthless efficiency to find and eliminate her targets one by one with cold, calculated attacks.

Dark Phoenix:
After the “death” of her beloved Scott Summers, Jean Grey’s will had been utterly broken, leaving her psyche little chance to control the ever growing Phoenix inside her. Upon allowing human emotions to cloud its judgment, the Phoenix became the Dark Phoenix, allowing evil intent to influence decisions. It’s in this state that Phoenix is at her strongest, but unable to control the unquenchable thirst for power and destruction.

Cyclops (Blue Team) Summoners Choice Rework:
Scott Summers was recruited into the first generation of X-Men by Professor Xavier. He is a formidable defender of mutantkind who works hard to protect mankind both from itself and from the Mutants who have joined the human-hating Brotherhood led by Magneto.

Phoenix:
When Jean was brought to The Battlerealm and exposed to ISO-8, the highly mutagenic properties of ISO-8 reopened Jean’s latent connection to the universal force of life, and the Phoenix was reborn again!

Side Quest - Summoner: Declassified
The Summoner’s files of Champion intel has been leaked and there are several unsavory evildoers who are looking to summon some victories of their own!

Each week you’ll face off against well informed foes who have taken efforts to defend themselves against weaknesses they have foolishly revealed in the past. You can charge straight at the Boss of each Map, or truly test your team by taking devilish detours to increase the challenge (and rewards) your Champions will face!

Saga Chase Quest: Phoenix Rising
The Dark Phoenix Saga chase Quest is here! Take your hard-earned Dark Plumes to the Phoenix Rising Quest and take on Dark Phoenix to win 7-Star Phoenix!

Valiant Gauntlet
In addition to the monthly Paragon Gauntlet, we are introducing the Valiant Gauntlet! The Valiant Gauntlet will be open to Valiant players and will not require exploration of the Event Quest on Thronebreaker difficulty. In addition to this, the Paragon Gauntlet will also not require Thronebreaker difficulty exploration to unlock.

Redemption Arc (Thunderbolts) - Battlegrounds Event
For the duration of Battlegrounds Pre-Season 29, we will be running Thunderbolts-themed solo events and objectives that will reward Battlegrounds consumables as well as crystals and cosmetic items!

Heart of Fire Crystals
Take the chance to unleash the power of new 7-Star Champions including a chance for the exclusive 7-Star DARK PHOENIX. You’ll also earn points towards exclusive Solo Events!

NEW CHAMPIONS

Spider-Woman:
As a young child Jessica Drew became ill from long-term exposure to Uranium that was abundant near her home. Her father, a brilliant geneticist, in a desperate attempt to cure this illness, injected her with an experimental (and untested) serum made of several species of spiders. After many years of treatment, Jessica was cured but also her genetic make up was altered so much that she gained spider-like super powers, and eventually she would use these powers to become the super hero known as Spider-Woman.

Lumatrix:
At first glance Lumatrix appears to be a charming entertainer who dazzles others with an array of impressive light manipulation powers, but underneath their smile lurks a menace that hungers for violence. Lumatrix's role is not that of an entertainer, but an assassin designed by The Founders to infiltrate, sabotage, and eliminate their targets. It may have been more pragmatic to craft an Eidol with a less flashy aesthetic, but The Founders sought to keep one of their deadliest weapons in plain sight. Balancing shining brilliance with dark intent, brings forth one of the most dangerous Eidols to ever walk The Battlerealm.

Story Quest - Act 9 Chapter 2 - INQUISITION
The epic story of The Contest continues! Carina has been tragically wounded following an encounter with the Ouroborus forces. It now falls to an unlikely pairing of The Fantastic Four and Doctor Doom to search The Battlerealm for answers, assistance, and allies. As Chronoserpent corruption is found in every corner of The Contest, it seems even the most mighty and worthy have fallen to temptation. Not even the Gods of this multiverse are spared as the new villain LOTAN looks to show their foes that now is the time strike.

Event Quest - Spy Games
Black Widow has been researching the arrival of the Eidols and needs a trusted friend to continue this spy-craft. Luckily Jessica Drew, AKA Spider-Woman, is ready to swing into action! Will these super spies be able to see through the sinister light-show of the newest Eidol arrival? Or will they be actors in a twisted play?

Side Quest - Dark Bounties
With ruin burning in her wake, Dark Phoenix has placed a bounty on a number of unfortunate Champions. Unlock Dark Bounties and hunt them down then seize your rewards. Be warned, some have slipped away in the chaos, evading your grasp while others stand to face you. Take care of those who dare to challenge you now and hunt the remaining ones down later. Sift through the ashes and claim the bounty rewards.

Incursions: Dark Phoenix Saga Sector
The Incursions Saga Sector Returns with Dark Phoenix! Gather your strongest Saga champions and fight to earn Dark Plumes ,Light Essence, Tier 7 Basic Fragments, 7-Star Class Signature Stones and more! Additionally, the Top Zone Reward cadence will be changed from 5 days to 7 days, giving you more time to push further in your Incursions runs.

Alliance War Showcase - Deathless
The Alliance War Showcase returns this month and will feature a Showcase of the Deathless Saga meta, including the player-voted Sugar Pill/Decay tactics!

Thunderbolts-Themed Daily Super Event
Coming later this month for a limited time, the Daily Super Event is being taken over by the Thunderbolts! Complete milestones during this time and collect Poolshields to trade in for rewards in our upcoming Spring Sale. Additionally, the Daily Super Event is being opened up to permanently include Proven and Conqueror Summoners!

A blessing for us all, then, that her many experiences with death and renewed life have shaped her into a hero who is concerned not with the self but with the collective on a grand scale.

Bastion:
Forged as the ultimate mutant eliminating Sentinel, Sebastion "Bastion" Gilberti is a Sentinel born human, destined to bring the future to the present day. With his prime Sentinels at his side, Bastion will do everything in his power to bring humanity to the next stage of evolution, even if it means trampling over the pathetic state of humanity as it exists today.

The Dark Phoenix Saga
Arriving to the unique multiversal Nexus of The Battlerealm, Dark Phoenix is fascinated by the existence of several other variants of herself. Dark, light, Jean, all here and all powerful. They see The Battlerealm as a perfect place to burn down and build anew with this abundance of power and possibility.

Event Quest - Grey Matter
Krakoa calls for aid as a mysterious ISO-infused infection is causing mutant mayhem! Nightcrawler and The Summoner try to help, but every step they take leads to more trouble. Jean Grey is thankfully able to put her mind on the task, but darkness is brewing in labs below the base. Will they be able to think of a way out? Find out in GREY MATTER!

Side Quest - Phoenix Force Five
The multiversal mayhem has shared Dark Phoenix’s power with other mighty Champions, and now it falls to the Summoner to redirect this fiery force! Be careful about what fights you pick, as each week the battles you choose will seal your fate!

Everest Quest - Grandmasters Gauntlet
Behold The Ordeal! This new Quest is a variation on the original Grandmaster’s Gauntlet, with the key difference being that all defenders will be 7-Star, Rank 4 and max Level versions of the Champions from the original Quest. Summoners will also be limited to bringing only 7-Star Champions into the Quest. Do you have what it takes to conquer this challenge?

Nightmare Raids
Alliances that crave a tougher challenge can test their teams against Nightmare Raids! This version of Raids operates the same as the existing map, but features different and much more punishing bosses. Plan ahead to give your Alliance the best chance of defeating the bosses and claiming lucrative rewards.

International Women’s Day
We have teamed up with 7 of our wonderful female Developers and Content Creator partners to let the Battlerealm decide on a Champion to be reworked this year. Each Developer or Content Creator will represent a different Champion, and Summoners will complete Solo Objectives and take part in Realm Events in order to determine which fearsome Champion will reign supreme!

Cyclops (Blue Team) Double Track Event
Take part in this new Double Track Event to collect Cyclops (Blue Team) themed cosmetics and up to a 7-Star Cyclops (Blue Team)!

Eidol Essences
Introducing Eidol Essences! These new items will be available for collection throughout the Contest and will be used to trade for upcoming Eidol Champions. The first Eidol Essence to collect is Light Essence, which can be gathered throughout the Contest to earn the newest Eidol Champion, Lumatrix!

Loki Charms
Loki is bringing Saint Patrick’s Day to the contest this year! Take part in Solo Objectives to earn plenty of Gold, Units and a rainbow of ISO-8, as well as a new User Title! Offers will also be available to collect certain green Champions!
