    - Battery data check in real time. Those pieces of data are state of charge, battery state of health, voltage, number of cycles, last charge and accurate autonomy with current charge.
    - Advice for a correct usage of the bike and reminders about the state of the warranty.
    - Real time direct communication with your e-bike customer care service using a simple direct message. You will be always updated by receiving news, updates and opportunities related to your e-bike experience.
    *ESB.PLUS* enables the following additional features based on the integrated GPS/GPRS module:
    - Remote Data Check & Geo-Location allow the user to control the e-bike parameters and position on a remote basis.
    - Anti-Theft System, an efficient protection against vehicle theft thanks to the geo-location control of the vehicle. The e-bike owner is able to control and activate the alarm from ESB.app and to receive warning signals on the smartphone each time the e-bike is displaced from its original location, thanks to the embedded sensors.

    A part from the features listed above, ESB.app provides also:
    - An ergonomic and easily readable cockpit that exhibits advanced information in driving mode to monitor speed, riding time and covered distance.

    - *ESB.PLUS* thanks to the GPS/GPRS module the e-bike transmits data to the cloud whether or not connected to a smartphone, enabling additional features.
    *ESB.CORE* includes the following features:
    - Battery data check in real time. Those pieces of data are state of charge, battery state of health, voltage, number of cycles, last charge and accurate autonomy with current charge.
    - Advice for a correct usage of the bike and reminders about the state of the warranty.
    - Real time direct communication with your e-bike customer care service using a simple direct message. You will be always updated by receiving news, updates and opportunities related to your e-bike experience.
    *ESB.PLUS* enables the following additional features based on the integrated GPS/GPRS module:
    - Remote Data Check & Geo-Location allow the user to control the e-bike parameters and position on a remote basis.
    - Anti-Theft System, an efficient protection against vehicle theft thanks to the geo-location control of the vehicle. The e-bike owner is able to control and activate the alarm from ESB.app and to receive warning signals on the smartphone each time the e-bike is displaced from its original location, thanks to the embedded sensors.
    - Crash Detection feature. In case of crashes or impacts detected by the sensor embedded in the ESB.PLUS board, the app triggers a countdown. Unless the countdown clock is stopped manually, the app sends a message with the incident GPS coordinates to the pre-defined contacts and starts an automatic call to a pre-set contact, thus minimizing the Emergency response time.

    A part from the features listed above, ESB.app provides also:
    - An ergonomic and easily readable cockpit that exhibits advanced information in driving mode to monitor speed, riding time and covered distance.
    - The possibility to record trips and view them on a map.
    - Turn-by-Turn navigation system that allows the e-bike owner to easily set trip destinations by following the suggested routes planned for bikes. It is possible to choose among the fastest, shortest or quietest itinerary and follow the instructions displayed on the screen and/or reproduced by a Text-to-Speech application.
    A C02 tracker that indicates the quantity of CO2 saved by riding an e-bike as well as the corresponding estimation of fuel costs saved.
    - The possibility to calculate the calories burned during an activity session according to the user’s weight and height.
    - Social Networks connection to share the e-bike experience with friends.
    - The possibility to share e-bike routes with other users.
    - The possibility to comment and like posts on the ESB social network.

    ESB helps to improve the electric vehicle maintenance, allowing an on time assistance, based on the actual e-bike usage.

    The whole e-bike supply chain, upon your consent, can read e-bike data working parameters that are automatically sent to the cloud-based server, ready to be analyzed in order to optimize the production and the customer service.
