    Set your intervals by distance (100m to 1km) or time. Track your routes with live maps,
    monitor your progress with detailed statistics, and use Siri to start your workouts
    hands-free.
    APPLE WATCH
    Run your intervals right from your wrist - no iPhone required. Get distinct haptic patterns
    so you can feel the transitions, see your heart rate zone in real-time, and your workouts
    automatically count toward your Activity Rings.
    SIMPLE & FOCUSED
    No complicated setup. Just select your interval and tap Start. The app announces "Run!" and
    "Walk!" at each transition so you can keep your phone in your pocket.

    You can now train by distance instead of time!

    • New Distance Mode - Toggle between Time and Distance at the top of the screen
    • Distance options: 100m, 200m, 400m, 500m, 800m, 1km
    • Custom distances from 50m to 5km
    • Perfect for track workouts and measured routes

    How it works:
    1. Tap "Distance" at the top
    2. Select your run distance (e.g., 400m)
    3. Select your walk distance (e.g., 200m)
    4. Tap Start and run until your distance is reached, then walk

    GPS tracking automatically measures your distance during workouts. Works great on tracks,
    trails, and outdoor routes.
