---- World Background ----
There is a path to the Abyss connecting human civilization and the Demon Realm. In the north of the Lothar Kingdom lies a great chasm leading to the Abyss. Periodically, a “Demon Tide” surges—demons pour into the human world, cruel and bloodthirsty, slaughtering humans and devouring souls. Despite relentless resistance, each tide brings tens of thousands of casualties, a cycle that has persisted for eons—until the birth of a new race.


Long ago, a child with purple skin was born, bearing demon-like short horns on his forehead and mysterious violet-red blood. His name was Toris, the world’s first demi-demon. He retained human consciousness while wielding demon power. During a Demon Tide, he displayed unmatched might, securing humanity’s first victory. Soon after, Toris ventured alone into the chasm to explore the Abyss—never to return.


Over time, more demi-demons emerged. The Lothar Kingdom gathered them to form the Demon Sealer Order, making them the first line of defense against demons at the chasm. The Abyss is fraught with danger, but its rich demonic energy grants demi-demons extra power and extended lifespans. Some fall in battle, while others grow stronger—evolving from downcast demi-demons with rusted swords to godlike Demon Sealers in legendary gear.
As generation after generation of Sealers delves deeper, a earth-shattering secret slowly surfaces.
