SimShockPad is an interactive emergency clinical simulator designed to train and challenge your skills in managing critical hemodynamic situations.
The game recreates realistic scenarios where the patient may present with acute heart failure, massive hemorrhage, or distributive shock, forcing you to make precise therapeutic decisions under pressure.
Main Features:
• Three pathological modes: Choose and face heart failure, hemorrhage, or shock, with physiological parameters that evolve in real time based on your actions.
• Five combinable therapies: Administer pharmacological treatments such as diuretics, vasopressors, inotropes, and nitrates. Each drug has a distinct effect adjustable by dose.
• Advanced therapies: Apply antibiotics by selecting the correct regimen based on the sepsis focus, perform transfusions in hemorrhagic shock, and use defibrillation for severe arrhythmias or cardiac arrest.
• Emergency management: Face situations such as tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, asystole, and cardiac arrest. Restore stability through quick and appropriate interventions.
• Multiparameter monitoring: View real-time vital signs (MAP, CVP, HR, SatO2), evolution bars, animated EKG strip, and respiratory waveform.
• Game pace control: Adjust simulation speed (slow, normal, fast) to match your level or training pace.
• Adaptable difficulty: Choose from three difficulty levels, modifying the realism and severity of crises.
• Professional interface and experience: All texts and voiceovers are available in Spanish, English, and Chinese. The interface includes native macOS menu, configurable keyboard shortcuts, and resizable windows.
• Full compatibility: Optimized for iOS (iPhone and iPad). Also works on macOS arm64.
Will you be able to keep the patient alive? SimShockPad puts your clinical judgment and mental agility to the test in high-pressure scenarios
