[Adjustments & Optimizations]

1. New Gameplay: [Storm Arena]
- The Dark Syndicate has introduced a brand-new competitive arena to test survivors' overall strength! Who will rise as the true victor?
- Storm Arena will be launched in selected States first and gradually rolled out to all. [States 261, 263, 266, and 268 will receive access after this week's update.]
- The Storm Arena is divided into Gold and Silver groups. The top 200 survivors by total Hero CP in each State will be selected to enter the Gold group, competing across States for even greater rewards!
- Storm Arena evaluates survivors' comprehensive strength—your modified vehicles, buildings, tech, and units all contribute to your performance.

2. [Tyrant Comes]
- To resolve lag issues in World Battles, we've made the following changes:
- Attacking the Tyrant will now use [troop marching] instead of [instant teleportation], with march duration capped at 30 seconds—overall combat duration will be shorter than before.
- Battles against the Tyrant will be instantly resolved and settled upon troop arrival.

3. [Sands Serpent]
- Attacking the Sands Serpent will now use [troop marching] instead of [instant teleportation], with march duration capped at 30 seconds.

4. [Other Improvements]
- You will now receive in-game mail alerts when the [Emergency Center] is nearing or has reached full capacity.
- Improved the visibility of ally march lines on the map for better coordination.
- Optimized display effects in certain sections of the Pack Shop.

[Adjustments & Optimizations]

1. [Black Gold Battlefield]
- The matchmaking system for the Black Gold Battlefield will now be based on the Legion Score instead of the [Total Survivor CP] in the legion. This change is intended to improve matchmaking accuracy. The [Legion Score] is calculated as the sum of personal score of theTop 20 survivors on the registration list.
- A Survivor's Personal Score is determined by their Building CP, Tech CP, Modified Vehicle CP, and Hero CP.

2. [Alliance Duel]
- On Alliance Duel’s Enemy Buster Day, killing units from members of the rival alliance will still grant bonus points even if those members leave their alliance on that day.

3. [Other Improvements]
- CP Display Optimization: CP values are now shown with improved accuracy (e.g., 1.1G will display as 1100M).
- World Map Visual Enhancements: Icons and marching routes have been upgraded for a clearer and more polished look.
- Survivors who are too far from the alliance assembly point or the alliance leader will receive relocation invitations.
- Survivors attacking Season Buildings will enter a War Frenzy status, which increases troop attack power, while Peace Shields are disabled under this status.
- Optimized Hero Interface, with hero portraits displayed in a more detailed and aesthetic format. The star upgrade function has been moved to a dedicated [Star Up] tab for better clarity and easier access.

1. [State of Supremacy]
- The original Kill Rankings has been replaced with a new Merit Rankings.
- Merit can be earned in the [State of Supremacy] event via following 3 ways:
Garrison the Capital as the team leader. The longer you garrison, the more Merit you gain.
Killing or seriously injuring enemy State units inside the Capital.
Attacking enemy State shelters within Level 6 Territory (including on Lost Lands) and killing or seriously injuring enemy State units. The level difference between both sides' shelters must be within 3 levels
2. [Black Gold Battlefield]
- Event Time Adjustment: To avoid overlap with the [Capital Clash], an additional session of [Black Gold Battlefield] will be open this week for States 1-258. Please kindly note!
- Going forward, the event will remain on a fixed schedule of holding every two weeks.
3. [Premium Center]
- Both the [Hero Equipment Promo Pass] and [Building Promo Pass] have received major upgrades—same price, much greater value!
- Hero Equipment Promo Pass: Completing point-driven acts grants more [Power Cores], [Hero Equipment Lucky Chests], and now includes [Boost Ores].
- Building Promo Pass: Gain more [1-Hour Speedups] by completing point-driven acts, plus adding [Intermediate Resource Choice Box].
4. [Pack Shop]
- The [Equipment Weekly Pass] no longer contains [Hero Equipment Lucky Chests].
- Increased daily claim amounts of Power Cores and Boost Ores in the [Equipment Weekly Pass].
Please Note: The rewards of aforementioned packs will be greatly enhanced after the version update. We recommend purchasing or claiming these packs after the update to receive the improved rewards.
(This adjustment will take effect after the maintenance update scheduled for May 223, 2025 [Thursday].)
5. [Others]
- Visual upgrades to the World Map, including optimized icons and march route graphics for a clearer, more immersive combat experience.
- Alliance R4 limit increased from 8 to 12 members.
- When a survivor owns 10 or more decorations, the placement area will expand to the third ring, allowing up to 20 decorations to be placed in total.

[Adjustments & Optimizations]

1. Teleport
- Survivors in War Frenzy status who forcefully relocate while their Shelter is under attack will incur a 30-second cooldown before their next relocation. This feature will be rolled out first in States 1–56.
2. MutaBeast Hunt
- The requirement to clear lower difficulty levels has been removed. Survivors can now directly challenge any difficulty that [Matches the Recommended CP].
3. Radar
- The number of stages in [Spec Ops] has been adjusted from 90 to 45, with the rewards per stage doubled. Total rewards remain unchanged. The survivor's current stage progression will be adjusted accordingly. For example, if you're currently on Stage 20, it will be corrected to Stage 10.
4. Shop
- The [Capital Shop], [Black Gold Shop], and [Arena Shop] will be merged into the unified [Honor Shop]. This shop will focus more on rare items, allowing survivors to redeem a wider variety of rewards more easily!
Currencies earned from [State of Supremacy], [Capital Clash], and [Black Gold Battlefield] will all be replaced by Honor Points.
- Every [Capital Glory Badge] in your inventory will be replaced with 40 Honor Points and each [Black Gold Coin] will be replaced by 2 Honor Points.
5. Other Improvements
- When you're low on energy and prompted to obtain more, you can now claim it directly without having to navigate to the Supply Station.
- Coin Loot Privilege optimized: The loot limit reset has been changed from daily to weekly, and the maximum plunderable resources have been increased to 100M.
- Improved visual effects for furniture upgrades. \n\n

[Bug Fixes]
1. Fixed an issue where mails for the [Zombie Siege] event were not displaying completely.

[Adjustments & Optimizations]

1. [State of Supremacy]
- Adjusted the points awarded for unit losses within the Capital area during Capital Clash.

2. [Allied Power]
- Adjusted the required consumption quantities for Power Core tasks: 10 / 20 / 50 / 100
- Adjusted the required consumption quantities for Orange Hero Fragment tasks: 10 / 40 / 60 / 100
- Reduced the difficulty of Mod Vehicle–related tasks while increasing the points rewarded.

3. [Others]
- Adjusted Frankenstein’s grid occupation range: 2×2 → 4×4
- When no units are being trained, entering Fighter Camp, Shooter Camp, or Rider Camp will now default to selecting the highest trainable level.
- Fixed an issue where receiving alliance help would unexpectedly alter the selected quantity of speedup items.

[Optimizations and Adjustments]
1. State of Supremacy
- State ranking rewards will now include exclusive President rewards.
- The number of Ruby Mine spawns after war ends has been increased.
- Improved the visual effects of Ruby Mines for a better experience.
- Adjusted the shelter durability dismantling multiplier in the Lost Lands from 200% → 100%, making it consistent with non-Lost Lands areas.

2. [Other]
- Increased the maximum character limit for alliance names from 20 → 40.
- The Arena leaderboard now displays up to 100 survivors (previously 30).
- Optimized troop marching performance on the world map to reduce lag and provide smoother movement.

[What's New] \n\n

- Exclusive Equipment Hall of Honor: Consume Exclusive Equipment Fragments to unlock greater attribute boosts!
- Tech Weekly Pass: Upon purchase, receive daily Coins and Research Speedups. During the active period, attacking shelters will allow you to plunder their Coins.
- Coin Protection Mechanism: The Warehouse building and VIP privileges now include Coin protection capacity.

[Adjustments & Optimizations]

[State of Supremacy]
- For daily Alliance Duel, if the winning alliance is fewer than 20 members or the win is achieved by default (no opponent), it will not count towards points.
- [Capital Clash] will open every two weeks. If the [State of Supremacy] event is ongoing that week, the [Capital Clash] will be rescheduled to Sunday at 12:00 Server Time.
- War Points can only be earned between Saturday 12:00–24:00 Server Time.

[Radar]
- Reduced frequency of resource gathering radar events, but increased the amount of resources collected per event.
- Radar event [Clear Zombies] can now be assisted by allies, reducing the total time needed to clear radar tasks.

[Combat Adjustments\
- The time required to drain shelter durability in one [Attack] attempt has been adjusted to 3 seconds.
- Shelter durability has been standardized to a fixed 30,000 points. Each demolition attempt will consistently reduce 3,000 durability. This rule also applies to the [Black Gold Battlefield] event.
- The cooldown for all types of teleporting now scales with usage within a 10-minute window: 1st teleporting: No cooldown; if the survivor has already teleported twice within 10 minutes, 3rd teleporting: +30 seconds; 4th and above teleporting: +60 seconds each. Cooldown is triggered and calculated from the time of each use.

[Other Improvements]
- The alliance leader and R4 members can now long-press on empty world space or go to [Alliance > Management > Assembly Point] to set an Alliance Assembly Point. Once set, alliance members can use the [Alliance Teleporter] item to relocate near it. Use Assembly Points wisely to advance toward the Capital!
- In Alliance Tech - Reign, the effects of [Concentrated Fire], [Defense Wall], [Fire Up] and [Interceptions] will now apply to all alliance members worldwide (previously only within alliance territory), and will also grant CP boosts (previously did not).
- Pack Shop Adjustments: The Hero Equipment Lucky Chest will be removed from the Equipment Materials pack, while the number of Boost Ores in the pack will be doubled. This adjustment will take effect starting April 28, 2025 at 00:00 Server Time.

- Day 1: Significantly increased points for gathering 10,000 resources; removed the act [Consume any 1-min speedup in unit training/promoting]
- Day 2: Added radar event completions as a point task and greatly boosted radar event points.
- Day 3: Introduced orange-quality Shadow Calls missions.
- Day 4: Greatly increased radar event points.
- Day 6: Added orange-quality Shadow Calls missions and escorting S-grade Dark Syndicate Trucks.
- Boosted daily points from purchasing packs.
- [Alliance Duel] related changes will take effect on Monday, April 21, 2025 at 00:00 (Server Time).
[Shop]
- Alliance Shop: Increased weekly purchase limits for speedup items.
- VIP Shop: Raised weekly purchase limits for most items, and lowered the unlock requirement for Universal Orange Hero Fragment to VIP 8.

[Upcoming Features]
- State Migration Events will be launched in certain States.
- Once a shelter enters the destruction phase during an attack, the phase can no longer be disrupted. Besides, the time cost for each durability reduction attempt will be reduced to 3 seconds.
- Shelter durability will be set to a fixed 30,000, and each attempt will reduce it by 3,000.
- Durability recovery rate increased to 1 point per second, tripling the previous speed.
- After using multiple Advanced Teleports within a certain period, a cooldown will be imposed.
- Introduced Tech Weekly Pass: Purchasing the pass grants daily Coins and Research Speedups; also enables Coin plundering during shelter attacks while active.

[Industrial Age - Technology]
- Research Center can now be upgraded to the Industrial tier.
- Once both the Watchtower and Research Center reach <color=#fb3b3b>Industry Level 3, a brand-new set of unit techs will be unlocked, bringing Survivors a significant boost in combat power!

[Capital-related Combat]
- Minimum rally time when initiating a rally-attack on the Capital or Turrets has been reduced from 5 minutes to 3 minutes.
- Increased the serious injury rate for Turrets.
- Reduced the area near the Capital where survivors can relocate their shelters.
- In the Lost Lands, troop march speed will be decreased.
- Adjusted the Watchtower durability reduction mechanics in the Lost Lands: When attacking a non-allied Watchtower in Lost Lands, durability will be reduced at 2X the normal rate.

[State of Supremacy]

- During the [State of Supremacy] event, the winning side will receive 2 additional official positions, bringing the total to 10 titles, which will remain active until the following Saturday.
- Official positions earned from [State of Supremacy] and [State Ruler] are of the same category and cannot be stacked.
- The [State of Supremacy] event will not trigger a presidential change. For States 1-40, the President will be determined based on the final ranking of the [Capital Clash] event, scheduled to begin on April 27.
- During Saturday's combat phase, only Survivors from the two States competing for the Capital will be allowed to enter the Lost Lands.
