Genearal Changes

Bugfixes
- Fixed an issue where facilities could still be autopurchased without owning the correct upgrade.

Changes
- Lowered per 50 buildings purchase power from 1.65 -> 1.6
- Removed the ability for autopurchas to work when buy max is selected.
- Added boost effectiveness line to statistics
- All nanites are now converted to clusters when reaching cap in standard mode.

Bugfixes
- Facilities can no longer be auto purchased when they're not unlocked
- singularities spent stat is now correct.

- Temporal Data Packets are now known as Temporal Data Bits to avoid confusion with Temporal Data Protocol when refering to them as either TDP or TDP now it will be TDP or TDB
- Fixed a bug where research couldn't be instant completed without restarting the app after creating a new save.

- Skills are no longer shown on the TDP skill tree until you have unlocked their required skills and the whole tree will show after singularity.
- Added tracking for singularities to the stats in code *(need to add them to the actual stats page before releasing this vast)*
- Fixed the TDB Buff and added an entry to the wiki to show how it works and added the buff itself to statistics under general.
- Updated research value display to account for singularity research
