CineMon transforms your iPad or Mac into a professional video and camera monitor.

It was designed specifically for Filmmakers (Director, Cinematographer, Camera Operator, ACs, DIT, Editor, Colorist, and Content Creator). CineMon reimagines many tried-and-true video assist tools, and introduces brand new ones, to enhance your production workflow, boost creativity, and simplify on-set monitoring and quality control.

The current version supports UVC external video sources. Some modern cinema cameras and devices can deliver UVC video via USB-C directly. You can also connect your video source's HDMI or SDI output to a USB capture adapter (*Note: this is not the same as a USB to HDMI cable!*). Future updates will include expanded connectivity options, such as NDI sources.

CineMon downloads fast, starts fast and runs fast! With a download size of less than 5MB, every aspect of the app has been meticulously tuned for speed, accuracy, and ease of use. All image processing functions are GPU-accelerated using Apple’s latest Metal3 architecture, to minimize processor utilization and prolong battery life.
