    Mila is an app full of guided home workouts made for real life. This app is for you if you’re a beginner, a busy parent, pregnant, postpartum, or if you’re low on energy, whatever the reason may be. The Mila movement was created for people who have never felt like they belong in the fitness space.

    We don’t believe in exercise as punishment or starting over every Monday. Mila is a safe, supportive space where movement meets you exactly where you are, even if you’re tired, unsure, or overwhelmed.
