New "Tier" system where players are assigned a tier based on their points. While reviewing other players trick submissions, players will first see players in their tier, then lower tiers. New unique usernames now displayed during review submissions. New "didn't spike" denied reason. Minor bug fixes

- Trick chaining: Tricks that award more than one point can be tapped to see which other tricks they’re linked to. When you complete that trick, all of its chained tricks are automatically marked as completed as well
