BEVEL INTELLIGENCE
- Learns your goals and provides tailored recommendations across your health. Insights are surfaced, and you can chat to dive deeper.
- Stores both core memory (who you are, health conditions) and short-term memory (injuries, goals, etc.).
- Takes smart actions, such as logging food directly through chat.
- Introduces new activity statuses: Active, Sick, Injured, or On a Break. When not active, recommends restful activities.
- Provides on-screen awareness so you can ask about anything in the app.
- Uses your location and weather to tailor recommendations.
- Respects your privacy with full control to turn it off or customize data sharing.
NUTRITION UPDATES
- Lets you set calorie and macro targets based on a custom TDEE calculation.
- Enables tracking of target nutrients (e.g., fiber), limit nutrients (e.g., added sugar), and net carbs.
- Allows creation of custom foods manually or through AI nutrition label import.
- Creates recipes via AI import of cookbook photos or written ingredients.
- Supports editing recipe weight and customizing recipe icons.
- Redesigns My Foods to include Historical, Favorites, Custom Foods, and Recipes, with direct logging options.
- Prioritizes your previously eaten foods at the top of search results.
- Improves AI logging UX, expands the database, enhances portion size matching, and adds macro previews during logging.
STRENGTH BUILDER UPDATES
- Syncs workouts seamlessly between phone and watch.
- Generates workout templates with AI based on your level, equipment, and history.
- Lets you create templates by describing, capturing, or importing exercises with AI.
- Imports external workouts by photo or description to populate exercises and muscular strain.
- Logs missed cardio or strength sessions as historical activities.
- Supports different set types, including supersets, dropsets, failure, warmup, and cooldown.
- Redesigns the watch UI, adds 50+ new exercises with icons, videos, and instructions, and allows switching sets between reps and duration.
OTHER
- Adds support for Italian and Vietnamese.
- Introduces a redesigned “+” button for quick, customizable actions like logging nutrition, hydration, activities, or opening Bevel Intelligence.
- Expands heart rate zone methods to include Max HR, HR Reserve, and Lactate Threshold.
- Extends data loading to include more than one year of history.
- Improves sleep insights with a personalized deep sleep score, continuity score, and updated UI.
- Updates strain algorithm, adds new app icons, supports Lingo CGM, and improves performance.
- Fixes many bugs.
