Print Utility also integrates with ApeosWare Management Suite and Server-less On-Demand Print functions, enabling on-demand printing from available devices.

Capturing Function from a Scanner

Transform paper documents into digital files by capturing them with your mobile device. The app also offers keystone correction and gradation correction features for images taken with a camera, ensuring high-quality scans. Plus, you can easily correct the orientation of scanned images and camera-captured images with the rotating function.

Accessibility Support

Print Utility is designed with accessibility in mind, offering text enlargement, read aloud, magnified view, and color inversion features for users with visual impairments or other accessibility needs.

Other Features

Print Utility supports a wide range of functions, including Register Printer, Print, Scan (import from Scanner), Copy, Scanner (Scan to e-mail/Scan to Folder), and Fax via NFC tapping. You can also register and switch between multiple printers, and use QR code functionality for Printer Registration, Print, Scan to Mobile, Copy, E-mail, and Scan to Folder. Additionally, Print Utility supports Print QR Code for Printer Information, making printer management seamless.

- Subscription automatically renews unless you turn it off in Account Settings 24+ hours before the end of the billing period.
