[Optimizations]
1. Reduced the Migration Pass Consumption for Strong and Common Kingdoms at certain Might brackets.

- Donating items during the event now grants a chance to receive reward selection chests.
- Increased Chief Ranking rewards for donations during the Conquest Seasons, "Fenrir's Judgment" - "Surtr's Flames".
3. Optimized the city management experience by removing "Monster Cave" quests and gameplay, and reducing the total number of Enemy Extermination stages.
4. Optimized difficulty for "Tribe Trial" by reducing the difficulty for Levels 20-25 and added Levels 26-30 challenges.
5. Optimized the contents of various events and packs to include the new "Dragon Crystal" materials.
