Spend alerts for personal credit cards have arrived. Customers can now get notifications for credit card payments as they happen. You can manage these spend alerts for credit and debit card spends in the Cards section of the app.

What else is new?

• In progress transactions now show the same detailed view as completed transactions.
• Increased standing order limit to €/£5,000 (previously €/£3,000).

Incoming in progress transactions will now show the same level of detail as completed transactions. This means that customers will be able to recognise individual payments into their accounts more easily, before they have been fully processed. Applies to instant payments made within SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area). We’ve also made a number of small changes and bug fixes.

Bank of Ireland Mobile Banking allows you to perform your banking 'on the go'.

Sending money is now simpler to access. You can start to send money, pay bills or transfer between your accounts straight from your home screen. Also, main personal credit card holders can now see enhanced info that shows in progress and completed transactions in real time.

What else is new?

• Among other credit card improvements, main card holders can now also see transactions generated since their last statement.
• They can also view billing period and pay their bill where they have their current/deposit accounts on their profile.
