Quite big upgrade - so version get an upgrade bump.
Rewrote nitrox calculations to be more robust to high EAN percentages and added extra filling opportunities - thanks to John T Bishop
Added extra bleeddown calculations to Nitrox + option to specify how much O2 you are able to decant - Thanks to John T Bishop
Added extra bleeddown calculations to Trimix
Added output for best Trimix if O2 is considered narcotic - Thanks to John T Bishop
Added output for MOD/END if O2 is considered narcotic
