What is an anagram? (from WikiPedia)

An anagram is a type of word play, the result of rearranging the letters of a word or phrase to produce a new word or phrase, using all the original letters exactly once; e.g., orchestra = carthorse, A decimal point = I'm a dot in place.
Someone who creates anagrams is called an anagrammatist.
Any word or phrase that exactly reproduces the letters in another order is an anagram. Skill in creating an anagram is permutation to produce phrases which, in some way, reflect or comment on the subject. Such an anagram may be a synonym or antonym of its subject, a parody, a criticism, or praise.

AnagramMi for iPhone

This program will help you in finding anagrams for small texts (up to 40 chars), or for the names in your iPhone Contacts, using the dictionaries of seven different languages: italian, english, spanish, french, german, portuguese and swedish!

You'll surely find some surprises in the names of your friends and relatives!

Instructions

The Text to be anagrammed can be inserted using the keyboard, or you can choose a name from your iPhone Contacts.

By entering words in the Hint field, you can tell the program which words must be necessarily present in the results (in this case, the Hint word must be made entirely of letters from the Text).

The maximum number of words in the results allows you to limit the number of results, thus allowing for a faster search.

The "Anagrams" mode will display every possible anagram for the given Text, using necessarily (if present) the Hint words, using the current maximum number of words selected.

The "Words" mode will display every possible word from the dictionary that can be created by using letters from the Text (excluding words entered in the Hint field), and it is really useful for guiding the generation of anagrams: these words can be used as a Hint, especially in cases where long phrases produce a very big number of anagrams.
After displaying the Words panel, by clicking on a single word, it will be added to the Hint field, so the next search will produce less results and with the required words.

Last but not least, once you have selected an anagram, you can send it via mail!
