iPhone 5 support

Added "easy read" card option for the iPad ONLY, which will make the card numbers and suits larger.

-Added option to use the older card graphics (by request). Please go to either "Settings" from the main menu or the in game menu and choose the card back style you prefer.

-Addressed alignment issue of the card number on the stack of cards.
