It's Draft Season! So what better time to revamp the draft process than now:
- College Prospect Profiles now include relative combine scores, interview insights and college stats.
- Draft Day Management is streamlined with improved filtering and ordering, plus more detailed scout reports.
- Minicamp Review introduced giving you first insight of player actual ratings and potential once players take to the field.
- AI Player Selection Logic improved, leading to a more realistic draft outcome.
- Recommended Draft Pick surfaced by scouts to support in player selection.
And a whole heap of general improvements too, based on player feedback, including:
- More 'back buttons' to improve flow
- Cycling through draft prospects more easily

Player development reimagined and visualised.
- New 'Develop' tab on the player screen, containing Rating Progression chart, injury history and scouted view of potential rating. Added toggles to turn on/off, based on difficulty.
- New 'character' traits on contract screen (work ethic and personality)
- Player development influencers expanded (Team Mentors, Personality, Snaps, Coaches, Injuries)
- Added further rating/development randomness with step changes in performance. Material step changes in minicamp will trigger an email to inbox
Plus other improvements.
- Added 'back' button to the 'sim games' screen
- Improved Overtime rules, to ensure both teams have possession in post-season, and field goal won't win it in regular season
- Fix for offers made in last week of pre-season never being processed

A much demanded change to improve logic around tiebreaks, as well as improved visibility of draft picks.
- Tiebreaker rules added, with Head 2 Head performance most important, followed by Division Records
- Added Draft Picks list to the Cap Hit screen under Team
- Fixed issue when yardage of play was doubled on Turnover on Downs, which led to next play starting in own endzone post a sack, for example
- Special Teams coaches can now be promoted to Head Coach

- You can now find staff editing in the menu. Within here, you can also download your custom staff rosters to re-use later
- (And to make it easier, it'll now remember the last custom rosters you used!)
GAME ENGINE IMPROVEMENTS
- Not all Coaches make good calls, but sometimes these coaches were making awful calls. No longer!!!
- Improved balance and realism of stats, particularly in the usage of RBs and TEs.

LOVE THE NEW HAIR!
- 7 new hairstyles added (new/edit players + for GMs)
- Updated default rosters to reflect new hairstyles
- 3 bug fixes to stop crashes when generating new rosters, ensure enough players in draft AND ensure players who have demanded a trade can change their mind
- Tweak to contract demands, reducing guaranteed percentage
- Tweak to kicking, with a reduction in long range FG attempts and balancing of FG/PAT success rate

Welcome to the 2023 season with over 50 updates made, ranging from new default rosters to introduction of social screens and more interactions with players!
New events and realism increase the gameplay challenge and immersion. Players will now holdout due to contract/trade demands, play through injuries, get suspended due to poor conduct or even retire due to multiple serious injuries...all playing out through the new 'Social' feed.
