NIHSS Records es una aplicación para que los médicos registren las puntuaciones de la escala de accidentes cerebrovasculares de los pacientes. Uso de registros NIHSS:
- Puede usar fácilmente NIHSS y otras escalas de carrera.
- Puede configurar una notificación de recordatorio de puntaje de escala para recordarle que debe realizar un puntaje de escala en un momento específico.
- Puede guardar todas las puntuaciones de la escala de carrera y la información del paciente en su teléfono, y puede ver fácilmente los detalles de la puntuación de la escala de carrera.
- Múltiples puntajes para la misma escala para el mismo paciente aparecen juntos en la información del paciente, y puede ver fácilmente cómo han cambiado los puntajes.
- Lo que es más, todas las diferentes puntuaciones de la escala de accidentes cerebrovasculares para el mismo paciente se mantienen juntas, por lo que puede ver y comparar fácilmente las puntuaciones en diferentes escalas para el mismo paciente.

New Features:
NIHSS Records version 3.0 provides users with the notification function of scale scoring. When the notification function is turned on, iPhone will send notifications to the user according to the Schedule Model selected by the user, so as to avoid missing assessments for patients requiring multiple scores.
There are two types of schedule models: one is the default model inside the App, including: Daily, Every 3 Days, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, Every 3 Months, Every 6 Months; the other is a custom model: there is a built-in demonstration custom model: Demo Model. You can delete the Demo Model and define you own Schedule model.
If we would like to evaluate weekly for 6 weeks after we evaluate a patient at baseline, we can select the Schedule Model as Weekly in the NIHSS scale(or other scales) settings, and then set the number of repetitions to 6. After the baseline score, the system will push a weekly notification to remind you that the patient should be scored again. Baseline score is the first score with the schedule model you choose.应用描述

• Some commonly used stroke guidelines and tools, including: IV Alteplase Guidelines, IV Alteplase Eligibility Recommendations, Endovascular Treatment Guidelines and Alteplase Dosing Calculator.
