Bug fixes.

We’ve got a small but mighty patch for you! This update focuses on addressing various community-reported issues,and swatting away pesky bugs for smoother gameplay and improved user experience. Read on!

Bug Fixes
* Typographical Error should now have an effect when played on a Mate.
* Fixed a graphical lock that occurred when a player timed out on the Inventory screen during Casting Couch.
* Chat should now work throughout the game even when players leave the lobby.
* Temporary Amnesia curse should now remain in hand when combat is lost.
* Players can no longer use Wishing Ring incorrectly on Crawling Hand.
* Playing Go Up a Level cards should now only produce one action log entry.
* Action log should now show items involved in failed theft attempts.
* Cursing an AI player with Chicken on Your Head to remove headgear should no longer lower AI’s attitude to you.

Munchkins, take heed! This patch makes some AI improvements, fixes a localization mistake, and fixes some bugs.



* Bigfoot Bad Stuff should remove Chicken on Your Head
* Players who die from Clerical Error should now animate as a ghost instead of their avatar
* AI should make better choices with Magnificent Hat and curse prevention
* AI should now discard more carefully with Dungeon Casino
* AI should no longer target Gnome illusion with a monster enhancer
* Resuming a saved game now shows the selected timer instead of always showing Normal
* Dungeon Casino German localization now reads draw 3 instead of draw 33
* A bard can no longer use Enthrall when cursed with B.O. Just too much stink.
* Clerics should be prompted to use Resurrection on mobile
* A player can longer select an item with Garage Sale when there are no valid items in the discard pile

Fixes and Improvements
Free to all players, this patch includes numerous fixes and improvements to make sure you can go about your Munchkinly activities in peace:
* Fake Beard’s scruff is vastly improved and now properly “hides” your other Race(s) from monsters.
* Bigfoot found his appetite, so his Bad Stuff will now correctly remove Chicken on Your Head.
* Wishing Ring can now save you from Curse! New Edition Rules.
* Help Me Out Here can no longer result in you using extra Items. Sorry, you’ll need a valid Cheat! for that!
* Help Me Out Here can also no longer steal Items you can’t equip. That’s the kind of help we all could do without.
* Out To Lunch will now reduce the treasure reward of the combat to 2, regardless of how many monsters were in the combat, as intended.
* The discard prompt for Deck of Too Many Things should no longer close unpredictably.
* Wand of Dowsing’s prompt has been adjusted to no longer block buttons on widescreen phones. It’s supposed to help you find things, not hide them!
* Raincoat, Knight Light, and other “can be worn over another Item” effects now properly discard the extra equipment in certain cases where they previously did not.
* While you have a discard prompt pending but minimized, you can no longer drag cards from your hand to prevent unintentional discards.

Munchkins rejoice! Today’s patch focuses on a number of bug fixes and improvements.
Bug Fixes
Players now correctly gain a level when playing Kill the Hireling.
Sleeping Monster Enhancer now gets properly applied to Mated monster pairs.
Fixed a rare issue where cards could turn invisible in your hand. Invisibility potions are for Munchkins only!
AI no longer gets stuck in the Pantsless Juggler challenge.
Players who have purchased the Unnatural Axe DLC should always see it available in game.

This patch brings players an improved experience to numerous parts of the game. We improved setup, discard, and the action log. We made systemic improvements to eliminate bugs, and we improved how timers and VFX are handled during multiplayer. Last, we’ve continued to squash edge case bugs. All told, we are very excited to bring these improvements to players and eagerly await their feedback and requests!

Improvements
Updated Theft tooltip and Thief card text to more accurately reflect what situations it may be used in.
Bug Fixes
AI’s Looking For Trouble animation in multiplayer can no longer reduce a player’s jump-in timer.
Animation buffer will now properly keep any animations from an AI’s previous jump-in action from reducing the timer on any subsequent jump-ins.
Jump-in timers will no longer be reduced after an AI takes over for a human player.
The AI now properly equips multiple race and class cards during the character creation phase if it starts with Super Munchkin or Half-Breed.
Fixed an issue where the AI could sometimes start the game with more than 2 Hands worth of Items equipped. No Cheating in Munchkin!
Resolved a corner case where Orcs could erroneously get a bonus level due to bonus strength that shouldn’t count in the fight (against Ghoulfiends, for example).
Raincoat now properly blocks all Potions.
AI names will now be properly localized in all situations.
Curse prompt text will no longer exceed the bounds of the textbox. This was an issue in German only.
Fixed a number of uncommon softlocks.

Bug fixes, localization updates, and optimizations

Unnatural things are coming to Munchkin! Today’s patch introduces Munchkin’s first DLC pack - the Unnatural Axe expansion. It also contains numerous improvements to improve the clarity of game sequences and UI screens, and squashes some pesky bugs.
