Introducing Pestle for iOS 26 – redesigned for Liquid Glass and enhanced with Apple Intelligence.

What's New:

– Every screen in Pestle now complements Liquid Glass, with recipe images seamlessly merging with ingredients.

– Pestle uses on-device Apple Intelligence to parse recipes from even more websites.

– Add sections for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner in the Meal Planner, or customise your own.

Just a minor update for tweaks and fixes! Here’s what's new:

Improvements:
– Recipe print size now stays the same each time.
– Notes can be reset to plain text.
– Grams won’t display as “308½g” anymore.
– Teaspoons won't be shown as tablespoons when scaled unless exactly midway.
– Ingredients now have a cleaner look; only quantity and unit are highlighted in green.

– Recipes couldn’t sync with your calendar from the meal plan.
– Scaled recipes sometimes had formatting glitches.
– Steps could duplicate during recipe edits.
– "Lbs" might not be recognised as pounds.
– Refetching images sometimes failed.
– In some cases, you couldn't change serving sizes.
– Scaling by 10 could show incorrect large amounts.

Resolved an issue where reordering ingredients sometimes shuffled them unexpectedly. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Fixed a bug where some screens wouldn't allow recipes to be added to the meal plan.

Mainly a bug fix update, but there's also a new feature!

Hello everyone, it’s been a while! We’ve got fantastic upgrades in Pestle 2.1.6. Let’s dive in:

- Some of you noticed a strange bug where ingredients converted oddly, like "1 cup water" to "1 mL water"—far from ideal
- Certain characters sometimes failed to return results during searches
- The keyboard couldn't be dismissed when searching
- The Meal Plan widget used low-quality images
- Pestle crashed when adding a recipe to a folder
- Shared recipes wouldn’t open
