The WHOPEN Application is developed as a tool facilitate the implementation of essential Non communicable diseases (NCD) interventions for primary health care. This is intended to be used by a health provider and not by individuals. It contains materials from the WHO package of essential noncommunicable (PEN) disease interventions for primary health care.
