    - We made the app much lighter! It might not feel important, but it'll now take up less space on your phone and update faster, so we think it's pretty cool.
    - Jump rope is now considered a cardio exercise and not a boxing exercise. We also adjusted a few workouts to reflect that.

    This boxing app features multiple intense shadow boxing & punching bag workout sessions.

    Some are a real challenge and others are easier for beginners learning how to box. For instance "20 minutes HIIT" is a very high intensity interval workout to burn a lot of calories and have fun... but you can find simpler ones to get started with boxing!

    NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

    You don't need any equipment to complete the various training and drills, but if you have a punching bag or a jump rope at home you'll be able to use them.

    Don’t know how to box yet? No problems! The app features explanations of all the main boxing techniques to help you get started with the sport.

    PICK FROM MANY EXERCISES

    Mix it up by trying out different workout types, simulating what a real boxing coach would ask you to do:

    - PAD WORK will call out simple combos and freestyle combos to execute
    - FREESTYLE let you do your own thing with an optional audio boxing coach giving you ideas and directions
    - REPETITIONS gives you one combo to practice for an entire round. It can be a simple one to focus on speed, or a more technical one.
    - PUNCHING BAG to alternate fast and powerful sequences to build explosiveness on the heavy bag

    You can use our pre-made timer modes to quickly set the rules from various martial arts like muay thaï, kick boxing, MMA, pro boxing or amateur boxing.

    LISTEN TO YOUR MUSIC

    The audio cues will not stop the music from your favorite app like Spotify or Apple Music. You can even adjust the volume of all audio coaching and sound effects to make sure you get to listen to music as you'd like.

    By default music volume was being reduced when you started a workout. This is not the case anymore, but you can change back to the previous behaviour from the settings.

    We've also improved many small details in the app, from design issues to workout problems. For instance we replaced a lot of "step back" by "lean back" in the defense drills to keep them more dynamic and easier to do in small spaces.

    A big one this week, as we have massively improved the warmup! It now includes many different exercises that get progressively more intense over time.

    New exercises:
    - ADVANCED GUIDED FOOTWORK: Pad work and defenses with additional movements callouts
    - SQUATS + PUNCHES: Work on your lower body with a squat, but keep the upper body active with some boxing.

    New workout:
    - FOOTWORK & CARDIO: Work on your footwork while getting an intense workout.

    - You can now define in your preferences if you always want a warmup or not.
    - It's now easier to pick an alternative voice for the coach.

    Some are a real challenge and others are easier for beginners learning how to box. For instance "20 minutes HIIT" is a very high intensity interval workout to burn a lot of calories and have fun... but you can find simpler ones to get started with boxing!

    NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

    You don't need any equipment to complete the various training and drills, but if you have a punching bag or a jump rope at home you'll be able to use them.

    PICK FROM MANY EXERCISES

    Mix it up by trying out different workout types, simulating what a real boxing coach would ask you to do:

    - PAD WORK will call out simple combos and freestyle combos to execute
    - FREESTYLE let you do your own thing with an optional audio boxing coach giving you ideas and directions
    - REPETITIONS gives you one combo to practice for an entire round. It can be a simple one to focus on speed, or a more technical one.
    - PUNCHING BAG to alternate fast and powerful sequences to build explosiveness on the heavy bag
    - DEFENSE to focus on dodging incoming attacks and countering
    - FOOTWORK will improve your movement and speed with simple drills
