Transport Manager is an easy to use tool that keeps track of commercial vehicle Mots, road tax (VED), inspections and tachograph calibrations, as well as driver card and vehicle unit downloads.

See at a glance what the next event is, whether you have one vehicle or a larger fleet, there is no limit to the number of vehicles.

Once a vehicle is added, inspections can be scheduled based on your inspection intervals. You then have a visual reminder of Mot date, the next inspection and tachograph calibration date.

The top display shows all upcoming events, in order, for all vehicles. These are colour highlighted as they approach, this is configurable in the settings. These can also be viewed in full in the events list.

When an Mot, inspection or calibration is booked into the workshop, change its status to 'booked' to remind you of the workshop date rather than the expiry date.

Choose to get a notification to remind you about all events at a time of day that suits you. Also choose how far from the event that you would like to be reminded.

The next display shows a list of all vehicles and their next event. These can also be viewed in the vehicles list with each vehicle listed with its relevant dates.

At the bottom is a reminder for driver card downloads and vehicle unit downloads, the periods can be changed in settings.
