PSCA – Public Safety App, developed by the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA), is an all-in-one mobile application aimed at enhancing public safety, emergency response, and citizen engagement across Punjab. This app empowers users to access vital safety features and services right from their smartphones, offering a seamless and secure experience.
With the PSCA- Public Safety App, users can instantly connect with the police control room through live chat or video calls in case of emergencies or for general assistance. The dedicated Alert-15 emergency button provides immediate help by notifying authorities and user's emergency contacts along with the user's live location. The app also allows citizens to check, download, and manage their e-challans effortlessly.
Users can not only track a wide range of complaints but also file new ones, including those related to Police-15, the Virtual Women Police Station (VWPS), the Virtual Center for Child Safety (VCCS), and the Meesaq Minorities Center — all with real-time status updates. Additionally, the app offers a dedicated platform where citizens can register as blood donors and request blood during emergencies, with the option to monitor the progress of their requests.
Citizens can locate current police station using GPS-based services. Through the Mera Pyara Services, users can report missing or found persons/children, helping families reconnect swiftly and effectively. The app also ensures quick access to various emergency service contacts, including Police-15, Rescue 1122, Motorway Police, and Punjab Highway Patrol.
With a focus on digital transformation, transparency, and public convenience, the PSCA – Public Safety App is a step forward in creating a safer, more responsive, and citizen-centric Punjab. Stay connected, stay protected.
