This update introduces Gallery view for Collections, performance improvements, and several fixes to make editing and navigation smoother on iPhone and iPad.

Collections
- Collections now include a new Gallery view, a grid based card layout as an alternative to table view. Cards display preview images, titles, and property fields as colored pills. You can choose between Small and Large card sizes, configure which fields and previews to show, and use the same filtering, sorting, grouping, and drag and drop features available in table view.
- Collections are now noticeably faster. Importing large CSV files no longer freezes the app, scrolling through tables is smoother, and collections with many items open and respond faster.

Improvements

Home, Sidebar and Navigation
- Selecting Settings from the sidebar now opens Space Settings directly instead of the Templates tab.

Tags
- Tag suggestions now show the correct lowercase version, and typing a tag with different casing no longer prompts you to create a duplicate.

Notifications
- A new Craft Notification Settings button in iOS Settings takes you directly to Craft’s in app notification preferences.

Bug Fixes

Document Editing
- Presentation mode now displays in full screen on iPad regardless of window size. The toolbar no longer stays visible when it is not needed or appears in the wrong place on iOS 17 and iOS 18. Blocks no longer jump or disappear when hovering with an iPad pointer after navigating back and forth.

Offline Mode
- Drawings can now be re edited offline after saving.

- Faster App Startup - Craft now opens faster and gets you to your documents more quickly, especially on Mac.
- Faster Document Opening - Documents open faster and more smoothly, especially when multiple people are using the document.
- Better Battery Life - The app uses less energy when you're not actively working, which means better battery life on your devices.
- Improved Sync - Your documents sync faster and more reliably across devices, even when you're making lots of changes at once.
- Better Stability - We've fixed several crashes that could occur during normal use.

Document Styles
We've done a comprehensive pass on document styles. If you've ever noticed colors looking off when switching between styled documents, or when your app and OS appearance settings didn't quite match up, this update is for you.
- Panels and editors - Card settings, formula editor, comment panels, and the publish panel all match your document style
- Sidebar and previews - Daily note previews, iPhone Home screen starred / recent document, and card previews display with correct colors. Subpage cover images now appear on cards even when the body is empty.
- Blocks - Separators, checkboxes, drawings, and sticky notes on cards respect your chosen style
- Shared content - QR codes, smart link footers, and shared page analytics are now readable in all styles
- We also fixed several annoyances: washi tape patterns no longer flash when changing styles, wide page settings stay put, and new documents properly inherit your default style.

Editor Polish & Fixes
- Autocorrect no longer removes text highlighting
- Fixed first character being lost when clicking into code blocks and typing
- Emoji selector appears reliably after mentions
- Emoji picker on cards now accepts all emojis correctly
- Mentions with code formatting now display correctly in comments
- Pasting multiple URLs now works correctly instead of merging them into one link
- Smoother experience when multiple people are editing the same document

Better International Keyboard Support
- Fixed issues with Japanese, Chinese, and Korean keyboards - Quick Search and table cells now work properly with IME composition.

Export & PDF
- Fixed Craft logo colors when exporting styled documents
- Page breaks now work correctly for documents with styled subpages
- Email export fonts render properly
- Exporting from tag folders now respects your selected tags

Navigation
- Delete and duplicate now work from anywhere
- Starred document titles now update live in the sidebar
- Already pinned documents no longer show in the pin dropdown on Task screen
