Here at enduco, we're all passionate about sports and we know how important individual training plans are. It doesn't matter if you're just starting running, training for a 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon, or want to smash your next cycling race – enduco will be at your side all the way.

    YOUR OWN PERSONAL TRAINING PLAN
    enduco will create a custom training plan for you, based on your personal goals, your current fitness level and needs. You decide when and how much you work out.

    YOUR TRAINING IS STRUCTURED AROUND YOU, NOT THE OTHER WAY ROUND!
    We keep optimising your training plan, even after the initial set-up. No time for your workout? No problem! You can just block out that day and enduco will intelligently adapt your training plan. Not in the mood for your workout? That's no problem either. You can change the duration or intensity yourself or suggest a completely new workout. You can also feedback via the Daily Feeling Factor survey how you're doing and suggest a change to your training.

    EASY INTEGRATION
    Easily import your workouts to enduco from your personal fitness device.You can also export your scheduled workouts from enduco to your bike computer or smartwatch. We currently integrate with Strava, Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Wahoo, Coros, Fitbit, TrainingPeaks and Zwift. We're always working on new ways to share your workouts from and to enduco.

    HOW IT WORKS
    - enduco will find out more about you during the onboarding process.
    - Your current fitness level will be displayed here, you can import your training history and specify your personal goals.
    - You can specify how much time you have to work out on which days.
    - You can specify whether you want to train by heart rate, watt or pace and also connect to the provider your workouts are to be exported to.
    - Based on this data, enduco will create your custom training plan.
    - You'll receive an overview of your whole season, showing when you will achieve your goal and what your training will focus on during each phase.
    - You can make changes at any time during the season.
    - In edit mode, you can add, postpone or delete workouts, and block out days if you can't make a training and much more.
    - You'll receive a detailed briefing for every scheduled workout.

    The new More Speed running plan gives you an 8 to 12 week training block designed to improve your threshold pace (TPACE). With new phases and targeted stimuli, you get everything you need to pick up the pace.

    Cold, wet, and dark outside? No worries – Indoor Training is here!

    You can now switch individual workouts to Indoor or set up full indoor phases.
    Pick the days you prefer to train inside and choose whether to include cadence drills for cycling. Stay consistent and keep progressing – even through winter.

    Also new: Improved training descriptions on your Apple Watch. Until now, workouts were only labeled as recovery or training. Now, the exact descriptions from the Enduco app are sent directly to your Apple Watch — so you know exactly what to do.
