-New SSR Dweller: Blades Hero, SSR Tank of the Wilds Wanderer. He came from the ancient forces of The Elder Scrolls - The Blades. He came to the Wasteland and managed to survive in this unknown world.


New Contents:
- Promotion unlocked for - Blades Hero with his exclusive card pool ""Ancient Hero”

Function Optimizations:
- Memory Recreation: Use the ""Gray Recreation Chip"" to recreate a Dweller's memory, this will reset the Dweller's Combat Level, Perk Level, Equipment Level, and Tool Level to 1, returning every upgrade material spent. When resetting a Dweller whose combat level is less than Lv. 20, the process will not cost any ""Gray Recreation Chips"".

New hero:
-Added SSR dweller: "raider", the second link dweller in "DOOM Eternal", the SSR escort of the Wilds Wanderer bond, and the exclusive card pool "Relentless Axe".

New content:
-New instance: Astoundingly Awesome Tales Ⅱ Hellwalker. The overseers will continue to go deep into the hell to find the help of the betrayers, and break into the nether prison Nekravol. In this adventure, you will see a brand-new map of hell and a scene room different from the wasteland. The other two new weapons will help the overseers to be invincible in this adventure, and there will be new demon elites and demon leaders waiting for everyone in the hell.
-New map: A new story is about to open--Fallout shelter 3 oasis.
-New upgrade: Raise the Dwellers maximum levels to 70, raise the Overseer's Office maximum levels to 14, raise the prosperity maximum levels to 37 and Guild's reinforcements maximum levels to 70.
-New daily party event: To pass designated assessments, collect stars, and win luxurious prizes!
-Added Trinity Tower (Hard Mode). The conditions for available are to clear up Trinity Tower's 48th floor and to reach level 13 in Overseer's Office.
-Newly-added Faction Quest instances: The number of Faction Quest instances has been increased from 6 to 25.

New function:
-Memory Recreation: The overseers can use this function on 2 residents of the same quality. After memory recreating, the Combat Level, Perk Level, Equipment Level and Tool Level of the two residents will be exchanged. The item "Gray Recreation Chip" is consumed every time you use Memory Recreation.
-Trade Center: New rooms are added, and Overseer's Office can be built at level 13. Excess resources can be exchanged for equipment enhance materials and other props.

Optimization:
-Adjust the difficulty of the faction Quests.
-Adjusted the difficulty of the instance in the Hubris series.
-Fix some known bugs in the game.
