[ADDED] Substitution Counter: Count the number of substitutions you've made in your rotation. Enable in Settings.

[CHANGED] Titled Attack to Attack Serve Receive
[FIXED] Rotation Buttons: tapping the Rotate Forward or Backward button and then tapping the previous rotation # sometimes didn't respond.
