Corporations' names swap fix

Fix of the German localisation issue on Venus Next cards.

When crashing, the game will now inform the player with a clean popup.


Bug fixes:
- Dirigibles #222 now properly uses Floaters.
- The Resume local games screen now properly shows the Original Promo Pack logo.
- Placing an Ocean during Venus Next’s Solar phase will no longer softlock the game.
- Splice Corp. now correctly interacts with “Microbe” cards (including Recyclon Corp.).
- AI now plays Splice Corp. correctly.
- Splice Corp. now properly activates during the corporation selection phase.
- The Log and Self-Replicating Robots #210 buttons are no longer displayed during Generation change and Action resolution sequences.
- Rework on the Arcadian Communities Corp.’s Reserved tile (you can now see the resource on the tile).
- You can now place a Reserved tile (via Arcadian Communities or Land Claim #066) without having 6MC.
- Arcadian Communities Corp.’s players won’t receive MC when another player plays a tile on Land Claim #066’s Reserved tile anymore.
