    I'm Daniel. I'm a sleep physician turned sleep coach and I created the BedTyme program after seeing countless times that when we understand why nothing has worked and why we aren't getting any rest - sleep struggles fade away and we feel like ourselves again. Our program consists of a 3 month curriculum with daily educational modules as well as ongoing access to a coach who understands you.

    With these resources, you’ll learn that you CAN sleep, why you think you can’t and what to do.

    Which turns out to be much less than you think.

    You don't have to soundproof your bedroom. You don’t need to meditate to bring on sleep. There's no need to drown out your thoughts with soothing sounds. You don’t even need to avoid using electronics at bedtime.

    What truly will help you is to understand why you’ve had trouble sleeping and a curated roadmap towards peaceful sleep and peace of mind. BedTyme can be the compass you need.
