Manage Upcoming Payments
- Select Upcoming Payments from the list, then edit payment details (e.g. amount, payment date, frequency, end date and statement details) or choose to skip/cancel payment.
Manage Cards
- Temporarily block/unblock your debit/card card
Guest Login / Secondary User Account
- Add a guest/secondary user in addition to your primary user account
IRD Payments
- If your IRD number has been entered in Sovereign, it will appear on screen and you can select to pay any of the Tax Types to make a payment.
Manage Device
- View and remove devices linked to your mobile banking profile
Biometric Login
- Enable Biometric Login on a device where Touch/Face ID is available and enabled when you log in to a device for the 1st time or, setting this up in the Security Menu.
Rename Account
- Personalise the account name by selecting an account, then selecting Details and Account Name.
Copy / Share Account Number
- Copy or Share an account number via a list of available apps by going into an account and selecting the icon next to the account number or selecting Details and then Account Number.
Share Payment Receipt
- Select an account, then select a transaction, then select Share Receipt and the share button on the top left of the screen to share your receipt via a list of available apps.
Change Password
- Change password, enable Security PIN, change PIN and enable Biometric Login with Touch/Face ID in the Security menu.
Unprocessed Transactions
- A processing tag will be present on any transactions created during the end of day or otherwise, until they have been processed.应用描述
