Bug Fix for bulk sync

This build adds support for older versions of iOS

Changes :
- Introduced support for Dark Mode
- Fixed icons on certain screen sizes
- Fixed timing of successful scan notification
- Added support for custom dates in Event List

- Scan tickets offline and get a response (requires internet connection on log in).
- Sync offline scans when the internet connection is present.
- Offline scan of valid tickets that are not present in the list (in case they were issued after the device went offline).
- Cancelled tickets are displayed in the list and marked as such.
- The password is cleared after logout.
- The user is prevented from logging out if there are unsynced scans.
- Minor compatibility fixes (iPhone X)

Updated certificates and bug fixes

- Sound and screen flash upon successful and failed scan
- New attendee information screen
- Minor fixes and refinements
