This release introduces a new quick link for the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), integrated through the Rewards team’s enrollment vendor, Carver Edison.
The ESPP quick link is now prominently displayed in MyRCL, making it easier for employees to find and access ESPP information. When users select the link, they are automatically redirected to the ESPP registration page within the vendor platform.

This enhancement enables eligible employees to seamlessly:
- Access the Carver Edison platform
- Review ESPP resources and plan details
- Enroll in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Overall, the new quick link simplifies navigation and improves the employee experience for ESPP enrollment and engagement.
