General bug fixes and performance improvements

New Feature: Time Off Hours Breakdown
When submitting a time off request, employees now see their average working day and estimated time off hours. Tapping the info icon explains how it's calculated, giving more clarity and confidence around leave.

New Feature: Open Shifts
Managers can now post open shifts directly to the schedule, allowing employees to claim available shifts in real time. Once claimed, managers can review and approve the requests with ease.
This feature directly reduces scheduling gaps, boosts team morale, and gives employees more flexibility to pick up extra hours - all with less admin time for managers.

Weekly Scheduled Hours: Employees can now see their total scheduled hours per week directly within the schedule—no more manual calculations needed.
Self-Serve Profile Enhancements: We've added PPS and National Insurance Number fields to the self-serve profile creation flow.
403 Error Resolved: Fixed an issue where some users encountered a 403 error when accessing certain parts of the app.

Updated Date Formatting: Improved date formatting when editing fields in the Profile page.
Self-Serve Controls: All fields in the self-serve flow can now be managed via the web app, including visibility of custom fields.
Manager Welcome Flow: Enhanced UX for a smoother onboarding experience.

Team Directory Header: Design consistency improved.
Clock-In Button Fix: Now appears correctly in Shift Details when no prior clock-in exists.

Prevention of Duplicate Time Off Requests: Users can no longer submit multiple time off requests for the same date.
Smart Groups Reaction Breakdown: Reactions are now visible for messages within Smart Groups.
News Feed Access Fix: Resolved an issue where users without News Feed access could still create posts.
Scheduled Break Times: Break times are now shown in the Shift Details view for managers.

- Acknowledgement Confirmation Banner: A banner now appears when you acknowledge a post on the News Feed, providing clear confirmation of your acknowledgment.
- Maximum file size for News Feed Posts: We've updated our maximum file size limit to allow for larger file and media sharing via the News Feed

Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Performance Enhancements: Removed unnecessary Redux slices to optimize app performance.
- News Feed Images: Fixed an issue where long, narrow images in News Feed posts did not display correctly.
- Messaging Visibility: Resolved an issue where marketing messages were visible to some users despite location-based restrictions.
- Messaging Permissions: Fixed a bug where users without messaging access could still see the chat tab due to SendBird API behavior.
- Button Text Display: Adjusted button components to prevent text from being cut off on smaller screens.
- Message Read Status: Corrected the colors of "Delivered & Read" icons in the MyZimply messaging tab.
- Unavailability Descriptions: Long unavailability descriptions now display correctly without being cut off.

New Features:
- Manually Add Users to Smart Groups: You can now manually add users to Smart Groups, even if they don’t meet the criteria. Perfect for including admins or Head Office users who need to stay in the loop. Manually added users will remain in the group and are flagged as “Manually Added.”
- Engagement Survey in MyZimply: Employees can now anonymously answer "How was your shift?" when clocking out via the MyZimply app, providing valuable insights into team morale.
- Custom Logos in MyZimply: Company logos now appear within the MyZimply app.
- Enhanced Mobile Navigation: We’ve expanded and improved our mobile navigation to support our growing feature set, making it easier to access everything you need.
- Consistent CTAs: We’ve aligned the mobile app’s colour scheme with the refreshed look of our web app for a consistent experience.
