OTYS Candidates

Wherever you are, you can always access your entire candidate database!


The OTYS Candidates App gives you access to your OTYS Candidate database. On your iPad or iPhone: Just login and you can see all your organizations’ candidates on iPhone or iPad. 



Filter by name, location or entry date to instantly see the most recent candidates and applicants for your organization. Click and see the candidates’ interactive CV: view and edit this information or add match criteria to their candidate profile. This way, you have an actual and up to date profile - Everywhere and anytime.

The OTYS Candidates App shows the candidates’ name, contact information, and their motivation to apply, their preferences, education, employment history, skills and all extra information you need for your recruitment processes. Besides this, you are able to access all communication with this candidate: whether sent by e-mail, uploaded as a documents or notes your colleagues added for this candidate. You have insight on the latest updates of this candidate. Is the candidate already in a procedure? Then you can also see for what job and what the status of this procedure is. And the best thing is: everything you do in this app, is updated real-time in your OTYS recruitment system. You and your colleagues are always on the same page! 


The OTYS Candidate app allows you to:
• View candidate profiles and add new candidates;
• Edit candidate information such as employment history, education and more;
• View candidate documents, notes and e-mails, also uploaded by your co-workers;
• Extract a CV with Textkernel© technology;
• Take a picture of the candidate with your device and upload it;
• Add language skills, computer skills, personal skills, hobbies;
• Filter per job and view all candidates that have applied to this job;
• Filter per (internal) customer and view all candidates of this organization or unit;
• Filter per consultant or website and per entry date;
• Filter on join-status and see a list of all candidates who for example have their first interview;
• Click & Mail with the OTYS Mail app – mail from the app and all communication is accessible.


The OTYS Candidate is part of the One Touch Recruitment suite: a set of apps which enables you to access the OTYS recruitment system everywhere. Combined with the Candidate Scanner App, the Mail App and Calendar App you recruit and select the best candidates at any time and any place.


Caution: Installation of the Candidate App is only recommended for OTYS customers because you need to have access to an OTYS recruitment system.
